Thomas J. Crane focuses on cases involving wrongful conduct by the employer. He has been practicing employment law for 20 years. He had his own law practice in San Antonio for many years prior to being called to active duty in 2003. He then worked for Disability Rights of Texas, representing persons with disabilities, in between tours of duty with the U.S. Army.  He served in Iraq and stateside.  Tom advises small business owners regarding a wide variety of job related issues.

Tom recently retired from the U.S. Army Reserve and is active in Boy Scouts of America.
